Richard's clients backed out of a sale after the buyer was unable to obtain financing within a reasonable time period. Richard defeated the buyer's attempts to obtain specific performance after a binding arbitration.
Richard's client purchased a home from a seller who concealed extensive vandalism by the prior occupant. Richard sued the seller and took the case to binding arbitration. The arbitrator found the seller had defrauded Richard's client, and ordered that the contract be rescinded. Richard's client received all of her money back, including attorneys fees and costs.
